Order Processing & Origin All orders are shipped from Hungary. All listed products are in stock and ready to ship; no additional production time is required. We process all orders within 1–3 business days.

Shipping in Hungary Domestic orders are delivered on the next business day following dispatch.

Express Shipping (DHL Express) For Express orders, we typically dispatch the package on the next business day following your purchase.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (International)

• European Union (EU):

  • Standard Shipping (DPD): Approximately 3 business days.

  • Express Shipping (DHL Express): 1 business day following dispatch.

• Outside the European Union (International):

  • Express Shipping (DHL Express): 3–5 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient.

Returns Policy for International Orders Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders (outside the EU) due to customs and logistical complexities.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
