Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Return Policy Summary

  • European Union: We offer a 14-day return policy for orders within the EU.

  • International (Outside the EU): Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to customs and logistical complexities.

How to Start a Return (EU Orders Only) You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Cancellations Order cancellation is only possible before the order has been shipped. Once the package is with the carrier, we can no longer cancel the transaction.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Order Issues & Disputes

  • Please report non-delivery, damaged items, or other issues within 30 days of your order date.

  • Claims filed after 30 days cannot be processed.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

  • Disputes resolved through PayPal, credit card companies, or other payment processors are considered final.
